(1) Year of Apteryx Technical Support & Training
Apteryx In-House Tech Support is ready to take your call and help you out with your Apteryx product. You can use your technical support blocks for training, troubleshooting, or any general Apteryx software questions you may have.
All training sessions must be scheduled with an Apteryx Tech a minimum of 2 business days in advance. Training sessions are typically done in one hour segments via a remote web session and telephone, and includes time for questions and answers.
